CYMK MEMBERS PARTICIPATE IN USRL STRATEGIC PLANNING MEETING

Members of our National CYMK-UOY Executive, Max Kowalchuk (President) and Ilya Osachuk (Treasurer) recently took part in a USRL Strategic Planning meeting in Winnipeg, MB. At this meeting, members of our USRL organizations met to set out a plan for the future of our Ukrainian Orthodox organizations and discussed ways to continue and promote our working together.
CYMK REPRESENTATIVES AT THE UCC TRIENNIAL CONGRESS IN OTTAWA, ON
November 2019
CYMK-UOY is a proud member of the UCC, and we were pleased to have had five CYMK representatives at the 2019 UCC Triennial Congress in Ottawa, ON in November. The representatives were members of the National CYMK Max Kowalchuk, Liza Zienchuk, Larysa Kuchta, and Ilya Osachuk; and Alberta Provincial CYMK President Roxoliana Tsisar. NATIONAL CYMK EXECUTIVES EPARCHIAL PRESENTATIONS
November 2019
With the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Yurij, members of our National CYMK Executive were able to meet with our various clergy at the Eparchial Conferences in October and November 2019. Our CYMKivtsi led presentations on our organization and discussed ways for CYMK to be more active within our parishes, and grow in working with our clergy and parishioners. We are pleased with the support our Ukrainian Orthodox Youth are receiving from our Metropolitan, Bishops, and priests, and are excited to continue strengthening these relationships and CYMK across Canada.
